Last week, I wrote about two new features coming to the Yahoo Search Marketing platform. Those two features, the new network distribution and import campaigns, are now live for Yahoo advertisers.
Yahoo has reportedly sent out an email to advertisers, notifying them of the new features.

Next week, Yahoo! plans to release two updates to their Sponsored Search program.

First up, the Network Distribution feature will allow advertisers to run ads on Yahoo! search pages, partner sites or both. Advertisers will also be allowed to set different bids for Yahoo! and partner sites.

Secondly, Yahoo! is adding the ability to import campaign data from your Google AdWords account.

According to AllThingsD the MicroHoo search deal is nearing completion and “definitive agreement” status. Speculation that the deal was in trouble started happening when the two companies failed to meet their self-imposed October 27 deadline to finalize the complex agreement. Yahoo just announced quarterly revenues of $1.575 million, which represents a 12 percent decline from the third quarter of 2008 and is basically flat vs last quarter. However the company saw a 19 percent decline in search ad revenue YoY but flat sequentially.

There have been some rumors that Yahoo will be dropping their paid inclusion program by the end of this year. Danny Sullivan, the Executive Editor here at Search Engine Land, has received confirmation of this rumor from a Yahoo representative on a panel today (not sure which panel).
